We’re delighted to welcome Abi Kelly to the Augarde & Partners team

Abi joins us from CBRE, where she has been working as a Graduate Planner alongside completing her MSc in Urban Planning. She brings hands-on experience delivering planning applications, strategies and visions across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and major employment sites.

Her work to date has spanned everything from supporting large, complex schemes to taking day-to-day lead roles on projects, with a particular strength in research, policy appraisal and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Alongside development management, Abi has also built experience in more strategic work, contributing to Strategic Regeneration Frameworks and town centre vision documents that align local priorities with national and regional policy.

Abi’s academic and professional interests centre on sustainable urban economic regeneration and the social impact of development — a focus that aligns closely with our own mission to help places and projects deliver long-term, positive change.
